By the end of March, Misuhuko Medical Center set up a biogas system to use in production of more energy for electricity and for steralizing our stuff used in wound care. This will help us to protect environment around us as we were using charcoal in our everyday activities. Many thanks go to the Chinese Embassy in Burundi for providing us the assets to set up this biogas system. All this system is operational by cow or pig manure. For now the clinic doesn't have any of this cattle and the manure used is bought from the farmers of Musama village. However, with our target of bring hope and well being to this Community around us, we plan to grow Cows to produce manure for this project and milk to help children suffering from Malnutrion.
